Thats of no issue...just a bit of surface rust. After being at sea, im suprised its not worse but i'm sure they did treat the machined surfaces with some oil before departure. They will wipe that off with a oiled towel or some scotch-brite. It takes about 10 minutes for something like that to happen when an unprotected machined surface gets wet. Ever look at your brake rotors after you wash your car?

I didn't get much info but on some of the smaller pieces from ADF in Canada must of not correctly reamed the holes out for the bolts. Harris in NJ has some of the smaller pieces and is reaming them out.

Agreed 100%. Hopefully money is not involved and the Council makes their own decision. I personally think it should be an antenna and not counted in the final height. Serves Durst right for cutting costs and cheapening the appearance.
