looks like they managed to put up few more pieces of base cladding. I don't expect much more work to be done today with the snow.

Take a word of advice: NYC is not the center of the world. I've been to the center. It's hot and not fit for mankind. I love NY too, but if you haven't traveled to other parts of the country and globe, I suggest you do so and I bet you wouldn't call NYC the center of it all.

Sorry for the off topic.

sorry, My bad. That section is actually two sections, a 10' tall section is already installed, then a 20' section goes on top. the smaller one is already installed, the second is sitting on the platform. next to be lifted is the big piece that will attach to the Kevlar guys.

I mention it over at skyscaperpage , guess since the removal of the radome their are a lot of people who feel it does not count.

I don't think it should be counted either. But still worth pointing out.

I think it definitely should be counted in height. It's not an antenna it will have antennas attached to it, this is still technically built into the building so it's part of it.

The most advanced nations are the Nordic countries,Japan, and Germany.New York City is my favorite city in the world, but for you to think it's the center of the world is too aggressive.

That's just not true. The U.S. is the most powerful nation-economically and militarily.

Period.

Nothing in that list means that NYC is the center of the world. Again, nowhere in the US is the center of the world. Stop it. The population center of the world is in Asia and soon to be most of the economic power too. What are you on about? The USA is actually on the perimeter of the world if you think about it.

So Young Kid, please stop posting nonsense.

Post the comparison of the latest GDP data / capita please. I doubt the US is much below Germany or Japan.

You can't compare fairly a mega country with small countries like Norway or UAE in terms of GDP per capita, it is just a specious argument.
