Yeah, unfortunately when your not at the top of the food chain, this is bound to happen somewhere in the world. It's tough to swallow, but in reality, it is reality. I don't know anyone who wears fur coats or anything related but having seen such things as a child like beef or poultry slaughter houses in person, can really have an effect. I might have even stopped eating meat for a day or so, but then reality set in and my Dad took me to a nice steak house and we had a wonderful Porterhouse steak together. BTW, stuff like that has no place in a forum about skyscrapers

Do the cranes have to lower them when they're, you know, full?

Good to see that the weather for the past few days isn't impeding glass progress.

They need those up there, though. I couldn't imagine having to go down to the surface just to take a piss, especially with a bladder like mine!

Just go over the edge and blame it on a very large pigeon or something

You make me scared to walk next to skyscrapers now. Not that I currently live near any, but I do have plans to visit Chicago soon. I will keep that in mind....

You know, something moving that fast (220 feet/second neglecting air resistance) would knock you down, on top of ruining your clothes.

Speaking of Chicago and falling stuff. I actually have heard of pieces of cladding falling of a building and killing a person. I believe it was the CNA Center.

During the construction of 4 Times Square, an elderly woman had a window pane fall from I want to say the 46th floor and decapitate her.
