I'm going to New York in a couple of months - my first ever trip to America.

I'll be staying in the Millenium Hilton, just across the road from 1WTC.

Can't wait to see this tower!

Millenium hilton? You are the luckiest guy in the world...

The view of the WTC from that hotel is AMAZING and breath taking.

You chose well. Great hotel. If I can scrounge up the money I plan on going back later this summer myself.

Wouldn't that make the communications ring larger than the roof? I don't have blueprints but given that the base is a little over 200 feet on a side, the roof is just over 140 feet per side.

It would, but that isn't necessarily a problem.

It would only overlap the diagonal sides that taper inwards. The actual points that complete the isosceles triangle from the base all the way to the parapet is 200' from side to side or 205' with the cladding.

I know it has to do with the whole staircase to the memorial thing but I really wish they put Tower 2 where the hub is and the hub where Tower 2 is because once its up this beauty is going to be blocked at some good angles especially the Brooklyn bridge

I would surely give you permission, but the photos aren't mine. Go the URL and click on the username of the one who took the picture. There, you can send him a message of your request.

Best wishes,
