Even the twins weren't bigger than Sears and they were bigger than 1WTC, so clearly, 1WTC is smaller than Sears.

He meant bigger, as in their width extended to their full height unlike 1 wtc

Its the same as the twins at base, and then gets progressively smaller until its half the width at top as bottom(I think).

Just looked up the width of each of the buildings.

Twins-208 by 208 FT
1 WTC- 200 by 200 FT

Does this sound accurate?

One World Trade Center has already been topped out since last year.

If by far taller, you mean several feet then sure.

The top is still wider than sears tower though (top of Sears is 75 x 150 feet) (1WTC is 140 x 200 feet)

Some people count the building being "offically" topped out when the last piece of the mast is installed.
