that isnt a safety railing, its a glass crane. also the nets are for safety

It did reach the highest beam. 1 white cladding piece reaches the highest beam. Everything above it is just the temporary safety railing [/QUOTE]

I've seen that quite often as buildings add more glass panels but eventually they always look just like the rest of them. I don't know if there's some sort of plastic covering that has to be peeled off or maybe they're just cleaner than the surrounding panels but I'm sure that won't last long.

I believe that the spire section on the rooftop is Block 316. 315 seems to not have been delivered yet. Can someone confirm that?

It's cleaner, newly installed curtain wall panels vs older dirty ones.
