I think what he meant to say, in more technical terms, is that the building will be topped out completely.

I heard it on eyewitness news this evening on channel 7 in NYC, they talked about it topping out in three days during a segment where they talked about people finding parts of the plane that hit the old WTC

Sorry if that offends. Just thought I'd point that out...

When you look at the entire island, it reminds me of a frog stretched out

...with a rope tied to it and no damage to the walls. I can see the scene on a damaged roof a few weeks/months after the attack.

Worker One: "So what are we gonna do with this thing?"

Worker Two: "It'll cost us our lunch hour and a meal to have it hauled away."

Worker One: "Lets use some extra rope, and hide it in there." (pointing)

Together: "Alright." (leaves the job finished with check in hand to get a sandwich.)

And to Alan88, thanks for the info. So, as decided on the last few pages, the last spiremasttenna sections will be hoisted to the the top of the platform, and then the Kevlar guys will be attached and section 16 will be installed after the jumping is finished. Anyone feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.

I think you're right. The guys should be easy to instal so I expect them to be finished in a few days

Does anyone know when the China Center plans in moving in? Or are Conde, China Center and GSA all moving in around the same time?

No, I believe Conde Nast will be moving first. Fit-out work for this tenant is being reviewed.
