I made the spire model in that render, but it was the first version, before we ever saw the actual pieces. But the platforms with the actual rails are permanent and will hold the LED fixtures for spire lighting as seen on the pictures of the other day's lift. My screen name comes from my first name initial and the first three letters of my last name plus "Flyer" for my aviation as seen in my profile picture. PS my new model is way better, but I haven't had time to refine it for several weeks.

No problem, thanks for all the help, you're a great contributor

Similar to this tower, the air conditioning is done above ground and the lower mechanical floors contain intakes and coolers to keep the sub grade floors dry and cool. The only difference is that 2WTC doesn't have above ground mechanical floors so the intake and cooling equipment must be placed at street level. The sub grade levels are going to act as a temporary entrance to the areas under 2WTC, so the HVAC is important.

A 550m to the roof building has to wait for future rezonings. Iirc for now there are no sites that would have enough air rights for such a tower. Also, currently there are quite a lot of both office and residential skyscrapers under construction and planned that will meet the demand for many years to come. Building for future demand can only go so far that it doesn't create a real estate bubble

To tell you how popular this thing is, (to the other 99%). A buddy of mine is going to NYC next week, I asked him to take a few pics of 1 WTC, he said "but We're going to Manhattan", (he may have said the Big Apple) you know where the Empire state bldg is." I decided at that point to not even bring up 432.. He said," Show me a picture,(WTC), if I see it I'll take some for you, if we're in the area."

Seriously, I can understand that people don't know as much as most members here, but I do expect people to know that the WTC is in Manhattan.

For first time visitors to New York visiting this tower I highly recommend walking down toward the tower. When I visited I took the subway from Central Park with the intention of getting off down around the tower. However we misjudged the stations badly and got off many blocks away.

Walking down through the bustling streets toward the tower was incredible for a first timer like myself. Depending on what street you take the tower will disappear and reappear several times as you get closer and closer, added to that are the distractions of everything that makes New York so great. The tower itself is magnificent but what makes it so great for me is the location.
