In light of last nights thunderstorm, the lighting rod was put to the test for the first time.

Hate the watermark.

I guess you've never been to NY? Those middle class housing projects are everywhere-Manhattan, Bronx, Queens and Brooklyn.

Some of them even housed the Cities first immigrants.

You ain't kidding. I understand them wanting to copyright their work, but did it have to be so god damn big and tacky? A single small, out-of-the-way watermark that doesn't distract from their work accomplishes the same ******* thing.

Geez...

Brooklyn Bridge park, under the Brooklyn bridge has great views of Lower Manhattan.

You can also go to Battery Park city or even across the Hudson to Jersey City.

Or take the Staten Island Ferry, although that might not be the vest vantage if all you want is 1WTC rather than Lower Manhattan in all it's glory.

I think Bill Gates could build one dozen Burj Khalifa towers in big cities of USA (Chicago, Los Angles, New York...) and he had still odd his money but I don't know why they didn't build one mile tower in New York.

Just for fun
