The base cladding looks far better sticking out.

Can anyone point out in a recent pic the highest of the many platforms which is temporary? (or maybe all platforms which are temporary)

Thanks!

I never said they took it down. It just looked like it wasn't there in the photo, hens the statement "Maybe it's just the photo".

There are no cables to hold the antenna to the roof?

After all, the antenna is about 100 meters

I believe they have to remove the Doghouse before they can install the Guy cables.

Of course not. Do you understand what engineering is?

No, I am unaware what the "Doghouse" is.

Thanks, so only the uppermost temp platform has been taken down, as far as I can see. But it looks like the other crane can reach high enough to disassemble the remaining ones..

Does anyone have a confirmed list of the tenants of this tower?

The top two Goings in Traynor's diagram are now gone. So there are eight more temporary spire platforms left.

Oh, That explains that. The dog house is just the term used to name the temporary platform structure that the crane was sitting on and where the sections were staged on the roof. It has multiple levels and is basically an exposed (temporary) continuation of the steel columns inside the concrete core. It was built that way so that the two original core cranes could just keep climbing into it. It is in the way of the hood vents, permanent roof crane, guy ropes, and a few other things like catwalks.

As some may have seen SSC has a new logo. I made a mock-up of this logo with just buildings from New York City, In the middle of it is the one and only One World Trade Center!
