Yup, it's as NYCurlz and Nyaddict said. I personally would recommend imgur.com. They allow very big pics and no registration is needed

Thanks guys! I dont have a ton of pictures, but I recently took a couple day trips within the last few months to the city and thought I would contribute with what I had. Again, thanks so much!

I use ImageShack for the site's facility with uploading multiple photos. You can choose between multiple sizes and the site will store them for you. You can sign in with Facebook too.

Imgur is best IMO, you don't need an account, you can just drag and drop all your files, and it all uploads and it never gets deleted.

I've never tried it, so I don't know. ImageShack was great when I tried it so I've just stuck with it since.

In the first few months I joined, I could copy and paste photos to SSC. Weird!

Really? It took me forever trying to learn to post pictures.

Yeah, when I joined and people would ask how to post photos, I'd be like, "Just copy and paste. Duh." I didn't understand the questions or long explanations until sometime in August or September of 2012 when it stopped letting me do that.

You can't copy and paste photos here, they're being ignorant themselves so it's not your fault

Of course! It was unnecessary and in the past now

Looks fantastic. How the newyorkers prefered the old design over this is beyond me.

Are you referring to pre-9/11? Or people who wanted to rebuild the Twins after 9/11? Hopefully you mean the latter, because obviously anyone would rather have the Twins back, along with all the people who died.

i feel like most of the love for the twins is more sentimental rather than architectural. although i do admire how dominating they were and really wish i could have gotten a chance to see them in person.

I'd like for the people to come back not the buildings, i personally like the new complex more. Just my opinion

I've always wondered what people would have wanted/thought if the current complex was destroyed on 9/11, and twins would be the buildings being built now....

Would people around the world despise the twins being built instead of the current complex or would they accept them?

The heatwave is finally over!

I have asthma, so I can't stand the hot and humid weather.

Keep it in the high 70's!

A couple months ago, due to a family event on Long Island, my mother and I decided to take a quick day trip into the city the next day (April 14th). Since my young siblings have never seen Manhattan in person, we decided to take another quick visit, this time with the entire family, this past Saturday. In both instances, while our time was limited, I was able to get some nice shots of the WTC complex (On the April visit, I got some from the memorial). They're not anything incredible (the pictures), but I thought I would make a small contribution.
April 2013:

June 2013:

I must say, as others have said, that this building is incredible imposing in real life. Just standing under it and looking up gave me vertigo. Another of my favorite aspects of this building is how the cladding allows it to stand out. At the end of the day, traveling up the Hudson River on the Metro-North, I looked out the window hoping to catch one last glimpse of the NY skyline. While most other buildings were by then completely invisible, I could clearly make out a bright sliver of reflected sunlight, and I knew right away what it was. This building (and complex) is incredible, and I can't wait to return!
(the thumbnails are kinda small, but clicking them will bring you to a bigger version).
