Based on the proportion of the base of the tower to it's body as seen in photos and in person, which appears to be about a 6 to 1 ratio, drawing #2 would be the most accurately proportioned.

Does anybody know if the color of the facade as shown in the render was ever meant to be a part of the plan? The shiny white versus the blue facade!
