Guy wires aren't supposed to be very visible. You'll only notice them if you zoom in on the tower.

What's the point in the guy wires if the spire has been stable for all these months? Are they for aesthetics? Purely for support? A combination in between? Just in case that rare once-a-decade wind gale comes through?

What's up with the different colored panels on the top row of cladding? Or is there some sort of protective film that hasn't been removed yet?

Seriously that spire should be covered ! Looks like a part of another scyscraper from 1930 and then put on wtc1! It does not fits at all!

i landed in newark saturday had a great view of nyc, 1 wtc looks great and the spire you could see it clealy and it looked great.
