Does anyone have progress on the interior? I heard it's almost finished, like on the 70th floor or something.

Do any of you guys know how long it takes to decorate one floor?

Don't the tenants fit out their floors?

You mean the tenants didn't come yet? That's impossible! (Not literally, but if that was true I'd be truly shocked.) What have the construction workers been doing all this time? I'm not trying to be mean, and don't take this personally (or the wrong way), but I hope you're wrong about this.

They probably have already come, and are completing their floors right now to be usable when it is opened, but I'm not fully sure how the system works.
I heard one of the reasons the elevator is still standing is because Conde Nast needs it to fit out their floors.

Yeah, I heard that it'll still be in place in very early 2014 because of Conde Nast. Why do they have to take so long?

Had to post this for my 100th like! (You can make it 101!)
The person who gave me my 100th like is thanked very much.

This is the west plaza, as it will look like in 2014 or something like that.

I know. I can't believe I didn't notice that comparison! That comparison is just perfect. I guess 3,4, and 7 WTC are the children. 3 is the oldest, 7 is the youngest. 2 WTC is still pregnant with 5 WTC. One big happy family.

Hard to explain. I just noticed white objects on the spire when looking at the Earthcam webcam, the camera that is zoomed in on the top. Sorry, hard to explain.

Imagine that pic with the derrick gone (like right now) and with the east elevator gone, that would be dreamy.

The tenants have not started fit out yet. Construction workers are doing the MEP like sprinkler loops, HVAC, fitting out bathrooms with tile, fixtures, mirrors, installing elevator systems, cooling towers etc.

Conde may start doing some steel reinforcement work for a couple of floors late this year and will start in earnest in early 2014. they are bidding their fit out now and Turner will manage it.

Legends is still designing OB deck final fitout.

This is standard. PA & NYC have not yet started fitout either in SPI tower 4 yet and it is a couple of months ahead of 1 wtc.
