I'm sure it's been said before but, while I like the designs for the other towers, this building looks great standing on its own and something will be lost when it's part of a cluster.

That view! I looked up one of these Regency Place apartments and it was listed for almost $2.5 million.

It made me think of this photo taken from the photo section in Google street view from more or less the same area. A kind of old and new comparison.

The spire shouldn't be cladded like this one in the middle?

Why don't you enact common sense and realise that plans change, the plan to clad it changed and as such the answer to your question is: No.

Neither have I but at least I take the time to go back and look, research background information before commenting, to save asking questions. How long will it be before another questions like "ecxse makh english but is der only one world centre now?" grr. If I had wanted to be kind I would have been so from the start.

I am not commenting about this anymore.

Are they going to cover the beams of the communication rings with something or will remain pure steel?

As far as I know the dishes come by time not at once as a decoration in the renders. Yet I'm afraid that it would look a bit ugly in the beginning because the dishes are not symmetrically and perhaps in different sizes, but time will tell.

P.S. I hope that one day I can see this magnificent building for real. Here in Holland they could use high-rise buildings to save space, but instead they filling every plot of land with ugly boring identical office area's.
