I presume it will have most the features the orginal complex had.

Also please don't ignore this but it's a big question, how many floors would the twin towers have had if they were 2000ft and that is including the mechanical floors?

Here's images from the slideshow. This is my first time ever seeing a photo of Mr.Durst.

Floor space reminds me of the open floor space in the twins.

Don't they cover/close the ceiling?

It's pretty common to have uncovered ceilings in some buildings.

If I'm not mistaken, not all of the ceilings in Tower 7 are covered either. Some are, some aren't.
I prefer to see all the bare construction work cover up. I hate seeing a bare core exposed.

They are not finished with floor work. You're only seeing a limited display of what is to come.

your right he does didn't notice, and that's true it really is, main reason is that of course the tallest will always get the attention, and from the beginning of its construction, the "freedom tower" was the eye catcher, the other buildings were small boxy office buildings with sloping roofs

I guarantee you if it was 2meters taller, it would have 10x the page views here on SSC. Not sure why the developers didn't just tack on the last 2 meters.

At the picture mr. Durst is interviewed by Dutch television (RTL4 News).

Here's a short report from that interview: http://rtl.ksya.net/video/rtl-nieuws...128ea36578ac57

Of course it is mainly in Dutch, but there are nice images!

(if the video doesn't play click 'open/download' and it will play in WMP or such)

EDIT: WMP URL in case of error
