Then it was quite the worthless post since it didn't even address the point I was trying to make.

Get with it, Phelps. Go sit it at your desk and get your shit together.

Fair enough. Not worth an arguement.

I'm interested, you know what LA:Noire is?

Terrible analogy. Want to see the mistake?, think of this: scalar and vectorial.

Cannot be sure what colors the spire will
Be lit on any given night.
I think they were testing its capabilities November 8.
One night it might stay on white
Till they turn it off. One night like say, Christmas Eve , it might be a variation of green and red.

Coming to the forum after long period. Has anyone posted the memorial set up here for all those who died in 9/11 terrorist attacks ? If not, this thread is incomplete, my bro in NYC did send me some pics. Will put them here, alongwith some pics of that waterfall. To me, no matter how tall or big a building is, without life, its value is zero.

Does any of you know if there is a tenancy list for 1WTC? It's probably buried in the bowels of 2600+ pages...

Just as 1WTC has been announced as the tallest building in the USA. Here's a very interesting article on the future of Skyscrapers, especially those in the US.

Obviously due to height restrictions in the USA, the possibility of anything over 2000 ft is a long shot. But personally it doesn't matter to me, I feel that in general the buildings suit their needs, they aren't vanity projects and are as tall as they NEED to be to maximize profit and aesthetics in design. Not to mention they are extremely well designed when compared to some of the new buildings in Middle East. My problem with these glass spikes in the sand is that they just donít seem necessary. How can a city like Dubai require so many skyscrapers when its population is insignificant to the likes of New York, Shanghai etc. And there is no need to build upward, they have an entire desert to build into, the point of buildings going upward is to utilize precious little space. I feel that these cities are just so artificial, but yet cant deny that the new heights they're bringing us to and the extraordinary revolution in building construction that they have ushered in is now been used in buildings the world over.

Anyway the article is worth a read, thatís just my two cents.
