Anyone have any idea when the external elevator will be taken down fully and glass but in?
Will be in ny in first week in May, would be nice to see the tower full finished on the outside.

go to the "world trade ctr" cam on earthcam. is it just me, or is that office lighting on one of the lower floors

It dropped to the current level and will remain there for continued use on the lower levels. Not sure for how long but will be a bit before the entire external elevator is taken down.

the building has no scheduled opening so far, as far as im aware. The only date I've heard is 2015 for the observatory.
