There's some base cladding left on the eastern side to be put.

Also the glass is so dirty that I consider it incomplete if it's not cleaned.

^ They also gotta remove these dots or conjuctions (or whatever they are) from some of the lower windows as well as these Conde Nast testing vents right under the mechanical floors.
Plus the communication rings still seem to have some kind of yellow railing which doesn't look permanent, and the various entrances are not finished yet either.

Basically all just minor stuff, but as long as these things aren't done, I won't consider the tower to be completed either

The spire fits perfectly with this building. It fits perfectly within New York City. It's going to be featured in hundreds of sci-fi movies over the next few decades. When you look at a skyscraper, you look up. There should be something at the top to catch your eye. The spire accomplishes this.
