I was looking for a closer comparison. This isn't too far off.

Westfield to sign five-year lease at One World Trade Center
October 07, 2014 09:00AM

Westfield Group, the World Trade Center retail owner, is about to close on a lease at One World Trade Center for its corporate office. The company, currently located at 7 World Trade Center, is looking to sign a five-year lease for 12,000 square feet on the tower’s 46th floor. The asking rent was $75 per square foot. When the lease runs out, Condé Nast, One World Trade Center’s anchor tenant, has the option of taking over the 46th floor, according to the New York Post. The publishing company is taking up floors 20 through 44 in the building. Westfield is in the process of negotiating with retailers for space in the WTC’s shopping areas, according to the Post. One World Trade Center is expected to open at the end of the month. [NYP] – Claire Moses - See more at: http://therealdeal.com/blog/2014/10/....Ui1yuQ2y.dpuf

The difference in lighting between the upper and lower parts of the spire is very annoying.

What bothers me more is the difference of temperature of "white" between the spire and mechanical floor lighting. The spire is cooler while the mech lighting is warmer. I'm guessing the temperature of the lighting of the spire has something to do with the material the light is being thrown on to (but I wish they could somehow compensate with the LEDs).

Now that we're looking at the nearly finished product, I think I can say that I prefer this to the Twin Towers.
I feel the twins looked good because there were two of them. If we took one away, I think there would be a much different feeling.

l think its a good tower but it doesn't evoke awe the way the twins did for me but in my head its still incomplete. when 2 and 3 are complete l'm certain l will feel differently.

Way too bright imo, should be much more subtle lighting.
