Otie said they fixed issue with the radome 'shaking' in the wind, if that's what you're referring to.

There WILL be antennas on the mast similar to what 4 Times Square has now. They are called Master FM transmitters.

Whip antennas, microwave dishes and other broadcasting equipment will be on the rings.

And there's the correction, thanks. RadioWorld (there really are enthusiast sites for every type of nerd aren't there!) has a good breakdown of the locations of future antennae, including FM, VHF and UHF on the spire.

Took a ride around Red Hook this afternoon and came across these odd blocks in a bus depot lot across the street from the facility that made 1WTC's concrete. Anybody know the story here? Are they just test blocks?

That's where they moved Jimmy Hoffa's body. Inside the concrete cube

Ah yes... Tishman, the main construction manager of the site.

Anyway, those were test blocks.

So we know Conde has started moving in, now I'm wondering when the other 10 or so tenants will follow. I know some around March but I'm curious.

Yes, I don't understand why people have trouble with this or deny it. There are mounts 1/2 to 3/4 of the way up the "spire" for transmitters.

Some cool pics from Archdaily, who states the building is completed.

The pic with the sunlight shining through the building is hauntingly beautiful. The podium may be a bunker but the rest of the building has a more open feel overall.

The PANYNJ and major stakeholders consider this tower complete. Although the east area is not finished, it is technically not part of the tower in construction logistics. This area (including podium entrance and below grade levels) belongs to the Transit Hub and VSC phase III projects.
