Slowest is Ryugyong in North Korea?

Hm, wait, if you count buildings which have been on hold over several years, the SWFC is also in the race!

I saw this documentary called '9/11' on TV which was reconstruction of the event with real testamonies. This guy survived plane crash while he was in the exact floor where the plane struck in the south tower. Quite surprising.

I posted a lot of pictures from my visit to 1WTC on the Wired New York forum, but I can't figure out how to copy and paste the post with all the URLs and stuff, so here's a link to the pictures...

Very cool! It's nice to see the site so busy at night, definitely a huge plus. I'm sure from the ground and in person 1WTC looks 10x larger. Great pics.

Yes, unfortunately. The weather right now is very bad, it's been raining for 2 days and it's windy.

It definitely does! I was also surprised standing in the North Tower pool how big the pool is going to be. The webcams and renderings don't do it justice. It'll really be something when it's completed, with the waterfalls and everything.

4WTC has been u/c for just under 1 year and it's nearly completely built to grade. 1WTC has been u/c for 3 1/2 years and it's only 105 feet above street level. I predict both towers will be somewhere around 300-400 feet high by the next anniversary. Same height but very different circumstances.

4WTC had a completely open site to work with, unobstructed by any of the other projects on the site. 1WTC is being built over an operational commuter rail running 24/7. That's a huge difference in circumstances.

I heard that WTC site won't be completed at least towards 2018, is that true?
