Yes, looks like 2 boom sections. Now I am really confused. If they are putting up a crane they have the plans up side down.

You said in the past that there would probably be two more cranes for WTC1. Where else would they have been located if thats not the proposed location?

Yes, I suppose that daily rent for 2Manitowoc crawler cranes + 2Favelle Favco ones + 4 operators pay is much higher than for one Liebherr 4000 or 5000 HC + 1 operator pay...

Whats wrong with you?? Not every piece of steel is weighing 70 tons on this site... If they only had one crane they would still be at ground level! You would need more of your Liebherr cranes to achieve the same. And therefore it may be more expensive. I dont want to read something about the Liebherr crane anymore. I think its annoying for everyone, ok?

The site plans I am now paying a homeless guy to recover called for a tower crane in the center of the south side ( and one in the center of the north side too). What they put up is to the east of center and looks alot like construction elevators.

There is still enough place in the center of the south side, and I believe they will put the crane exactly where it was on your prints.

NEW JOE WOOLHEAD PICS:

It took me a while to figure out but this is looking south down the narrow corridor between the South Tower and the chiller plant (which is on the right). Looks like they put a tarp over the Survivors' Stairs:

Great Hall. The Last Column is inside the white "box" (for climate control):

Looks like part of a new crane is on the street now. Can anyone confirm or deny?
