I believe that's the 3rd floor, and yes, it does appear they've poured some concrete.

It's not visible anymore. It's located in the platform to the west of the north tower crane. When they finish a floor and move the platform up you can see it. But once the crane jumps its gone from view.

I believe it replaced the old WTC 7 after it was collapsed under the heavy debris from the twin towers at 9/11. Its a few years old.

Its the building behind the freedom tower, the completed glass-type tower.
In the photos, like this below photo, for what purpose/reason they covered the building with this white stuff?

I'm visiting this tread for almost four years, and last year I even visited ground zero. I know that a lot was done during these four years, but the tower still rise soooo slowly. When can we expect a faster growth (let's say 1 floor in a week or even faster)?

The PA has stated the office floors will go up at the rate of one floor per week. Let's hope so. The last floor finished (the 6th) took 3.5 weeks. The 5th floor took 7 weeks. So they are getting faster. We can expect them to be around the 45-50th floor by the end of the year.

In the middle of the south entryway, it looks like they are starting on the concrete blast protection wall.

I don't agree.

Right now it's actually going as fast as most towers at this stage of construction, in other words there's no need to bitch about the speed anymore.

Yes I agree....I was weary of those posts when it was slow....now that it's going quickly, there's no reason to post nonsense about the speed. IIRC this is the first COMPLETE SEVERAL BLOCK AREA of towers rebuilt from a terrorist attack in the history of NYC. Why can't some of the knotheads understand the enormity of this undertaking without bitchin' about speed?
