1WTC should overtake that building by September (my guess), 44th floor is 506 feet.

It took me like two hours or so, but finally I solved the floor mystery.

panynj.gov says the chinese center will be located on portions of the 64th floor and the entire 65th through 69th floors. Hence it follows that the 64th will be skylobby AND office. It's also said that there will be 69 office floors. So rest was just counting. Have Fun!

Not only floors 7 - 19 won't exist, but also floors 94-99. That's exatly where Flight AA11 crashed into. Considering that also the roof height ( 417 m) refers to the twins this building is more like a memorial than a office building. It really deserves its location next to the footprints.
i think this will be my new favorite building

In my personal opinion. I dont think it was worth restoring this building after the collapse of the World Trade Center. It cost $1.4 Billion to fix this building to the conditions that it is now. They should have demoslished it and build a beautiful tower in its place. Right now it just looks like an outcast in the middle of all those beautiful glass-covered towers with its low height. I mean, i understand its a good historical landmark....but still

Lots of goodies from the New York Times:
  1. 360° Panorama of the Freedom Tower (taken from the roadway over the suspended subway line)
  2. Article: Once Derided, Tower at Ground Zero Is Now Desired by Charles V. Bagli

The planned skyscraper once known as the Freedom Tower was
scorned for years by urban planners, downtown residents and real
estate executives who regarded it as an oversize and unnecessary
    exercise in waste and hubris.

    But the acrimonious debates, cost
    overruns and lengthy delays in
building the tower appear to be over.
More than 1,400 workers are pouring
    concrete and installing girder upon
girder. And with the red steel
    latticework for the obelisk-shape
building now rising more than 240
feet at ground zero, it has turned into an object of desire.

Four major real estate developers are vying to buy a
minority stake in the $3.1 billion project and to take over
the leasing and operating of the skyscraper. This week, the
developers submitted their final offers to the owner, the
Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, which plans
to pick a winner by June.
    ...
  3. Diagram of current site layout:

There are also panoramas of the transportation hub, memorial, and east bathtub available at that first link.
