You're correct. Keep in my there's something like 6+ feet of dirt to go over the concrete that exists right now. We could see trees by the end of summer.

They twin towers are just buildings, One World Trade Center is just a building too, they can be built just about anywhere.

That's the one thing i don't like about 200 Greenwich i think one world trade center should have been taller or 200 at least a bit shorter to give 1wtc some air
