I'd like to see some renders of the new complex with the original towers in place of the memorials (so all of the towers are in a bunch right beside each other)...just because. Can someone do this?

Yes, it looks... But the new complex should be "modest", because it builds on the site of the tragedy.

Only lev 46. They raise two levels of steel at a time. The 46th floor is 533 feet, 4 inches (162.55 meters) high. Plus a few more feet higher with the column splice.

Your welcome!

And please excuse my nitpicking, but floor 100 is 1,240 feet high exactly, or 378m. Floor 101 is 1,254' 2", (still 382m).

*according to the blueprints Zen has posted online.
