In NY it slowly starts to make an impact of the skyline now. In my city it would be already considered to be a world wonder relating to the height lol

The cladding is beautiful! How tall is it right now? Should be around 150 m if I'm not mistaken.

The one thing I can't figure out about the cladding is that on photos 6 and 7 on the previous page there are two windows right next to the corner that break the pattern of having the ones with a light colored top and bottom with a window in place which alternates with a windowless space with a darker colored frame above and below it. For some reason there's two windowless frames in a row with the darker frames. I guess it will make sense once they start to fill in the missing pieces, I just thought it was odd.

MontanaGuy - I'm assuming those are just temporary spacers, probably to help with checking measurements on this first row in order to make sure everything is aligned perfectly. Then they'll pull the spacers, and install those panes of glass. This first row will take the longest to do, but once everything is correct all the other levels will be easier for them to place.

It is kind of odd. I've never actually noticed another project that went about it this way, but perhaps there have been some I missed. Who knows, we might see these spacers reused the whole way up.

The Barclay-Vessey building is nice and snug in amongst all this! It's like the new WTC buildings are its bodyguards!

Let's hope this doesn't block the path of the International Space Station.
