If they were the exact same shape and height as the old ones, but all glass with vertical stainless steel bands running up the glass they would look great. This would have highly resembled the originals but they would look more modern. If they did that and used vents in the same places as before they would have been very nice. They could have had the stainless follow the same pattern especially on the lobby floor and windows on the world.

I answered that only 18 posts ago... oh well. The answer is early 2012. They still have to install a lot of equipment in the mechanical floors.

3rd row of glass on the south side..I's ve got this feeling that glass will get so close to the floors where steel and concrete works are goin' on till the spring..

From the discovery cam, the corner pieces are now 4 stories high. I can't wait to see some closeups.
