One question... On the base, between 17-19 floors, the jumbo steel beams get joined. In the east side of the tower, the connection is symmetrical, but in the south side, the connection has not symmetry. Why does this happen?

Will any of the new towers have outdoor viewing areas on the roof as was the case with the old buildings?

Are you referring to the levels that are being built in the majority of that animation, or the two new levels (vertical columns) that appear at the animation's very end?

The entrance on the south side is much wider than the other 3 sides. The columns on the south side slant inward in order to realign with the column spacing.

At the very end. Those are 55 and 56 (which is the current height of 1WTC). They've changed things up a bit. They didn't wait for the floor decking to finish before adding new vertical steel. Possibly they're making up for lost weather days.

Those are the corner nodes, or rather the bottom half. They are a bit taller than the standard columns.

They transition the vertical column to a sloped column where it meets the corner slanted column.

I dragged the prints out cause I wanted to see the corner nodes again. I also noticed something interesting. Above the 88th floor the columns are still two floors high, but they are not 26' 8", they are 40'.

PS: the corner nodes are 38' 2" high not quite 3 floors.

So now top of steel is about 4 feet above the 56th floor, 666' 8" plus 4 (203.2meters).

At the very end of the animation that KoolJoe posted you can see some corner nodes being set.

Why do i not get free from the feeling that this tower is designed 2 be a amplifier. It should amplify the unification of stone and clay. It looks so innocent though, so universal, like a watchtower of apollo. Moreover, i wanna pose the silly question, is this steel fire save? I've seen flashes going into statue of liberty.

I see, no risk 4 Goldman Sachs in NJ, must be expensive. Does it make the insurance cheaper?

I saved copies of your prints myself. The 88th (last office) floor is 14' 4". The 89th is 23' and the 90th is 21'.

I don't know about cheaper insurance, but the fire proofing is required by law.

The 40' I quoted is approximate of course. As you point out the floor heights are not uniform, but the columns are 2 floors high.

Totally off topic J E T S JETS JETS JETS !!!!!!!!!
