It´s the biggest project in Banská Bystrica at least in this decade. Nevertheless the location is great - just near expressway and not so far from the center of the city. It´ll be also the highest building in Bystrica.

height is, as stated on official page: 22 floors, 84 meters completion is scheduled in march 2008, building should reach its planned height in late november 2007 inak, stavba meskala kvoli vymene dodavatela, investor pozadoval aj o vyssiu budovu ale tu im podla oficialnej spravy zamietol letecky urad kvoli naletovemu koridoru letiska sliac momentalne je vo vystavbe aj kruhova krizovatka medzi Europou a Krajskym uradom |
