On Promenade facing south... Pacifica on left and 133 Promenade Walk on the right. Right now Pacifica's underground parking lot is being built and it is almost reaching street level.

4th Street Gateway

Big hole right now. If you look you can see West Ocean towers being built in the back ground (center of photo).

Very nicely done. i LOVE that first project. it looks freaking great and will add a definite focal point to the skyline. Do you have that map with all the project locations. it will really add perspective.

Long Beach is looking good. What are the chances of Broadway and Maine Towers getting built? Has the project been approved?

In California near Los Angeles.

Long Beach is starting to look similar to the Gaslamp area in San Diego. Hopefully Long Beach can bring in the night life that the Gaslamp quarter has considering its on the ocean and has the big race every year.

We looked at mountains until dawn, and then when dawn came, it was too pretty for me - there was pink and blue and gold, in the sky, and on icy places, brilliant pink and gold flashes, and the snow was colored too, and I said," Oh," and sighed; and each moment was more beautiful than the one before; and I said, " I love you, Momma." Then I fell asleep in her arms.
That was happiness then.
