What high has it now? And is it even now the highest building in St. Petersburg?

I think, it is about the same height as Lieder Tower, which is 145,5 m.
Also, don't forget about TV tower. It is 326 m.

Did that piece of land even exist before? Or was it taken from the sea?

This reclaimed land. Earlier at the site a sand yard was located.
