Personally i'm more interested in what the HYATT will have to offer... 43 storeys i thought it was 45 storey, confused... Ocean View Towers will have more floors than this right.,..

it is lovely but 1 million USD is just to much for a penthouse, ok you got sublime facilities but i'd still prefer havin a 1 acre plus house somewhere around Colombo rather than straight inside the hectic chaotic life...

OMG georgious pics, changed my view it is worth the money if you have it, would've thought a building like this would have a larger shopping Arcade but perhaps the HYATT will have that, or anyway you get some good malls close by...

yeah atleast they have a website, Ceylon Theatres is building both the Empire and the GS Towers, having 37&35 and 34&30 storeys etc. not even pictures or anything...

Yep it is, the ground work took quite long but now they are already on 4th or 5th floor, these are also some of the largest floors...
