Uh... I guess all opinions are valid but, How can you hate this lean, clean and sleek building and say that the Cityfront plaza-Fairbanks is a "nice little bit of filler"?

Streetersville is turning out to be about 100 times more architecturally interesting than River North.

I guess more street activity = bad architecture

Less street activity = good architecture.

I despise the "copper" cladding and the base of this tower. That's pretty much my biggest complaint. The Fairbanks, on the other hand, is refreshing in its massing (even if could stand to be ten stories taller) and its detailing. Of course, this is just my opinion.
