Taking this pictures's angle as a reference, it'll get bit higher than the cranes above, around the fog line or the top of the first hill in the background at the most.

The top of the forms is currently up to floor 56. The last floor is 61, but add one floor for the walls of 61, and then four more floors for the mechanical penthouse. This means we have 10 more concrete walls to construct, which, at the current rate of 3.5 days per floor, means we should top out around 33 days from now (I subtracted 2 days because it's been two days since we moved the forms for the last floor).

So, my guess is 11/7/2016 for the concrete top-off.

Yeah.. it is almost taking the long-living (too damn long..) tittle from Transamerica as the tallest of SF.

I have a silly question about the terminal.. it seems it still has a long way for completion.. but the question is, is this terminal a final stop? Or a connector or part of a future expansion of the line?

Oh.. and another one xD.. now related to the entire project.. for what I am seeing.. this tower is the tallest one of the entire project (current plan).. but was it always that way? I mean.. I know it was supposed to be taller but has since gotten a height reduction.. but wasn't there another big building that was to supposed exist or even be taller than Salesforce tower in the initial plans? I might be mixing projects in my mind.. and if that's the case.. I do have some sort of an excuse since this is an exciting decade in terms of proposals all around xD

It depends where you board, as any other main terminal it'll be the final/starting point at the same time of the high speed rail and some buses. For Muni and other local transportation it will be part of the grid of course.

They say that the Terminal will be completed by the end of next year. So, perhaps a year away.

Awesome photo. Salesforce Tower looks to be a tower that might look better up close than from a distance. Maybe I'm wrong, but I get that feeling.

Regarding this part.. I finally know what I was talking about xD.. Transbay Terminal and Tower proposals. I think one was supposed to be 400m..
But these early Transbay proposals were replaced by Salesforce, am I correct? Same site right?

For the final floors, they reduced the core size by 50%. So yes, it is now off-center. You can easily see that if you scroll back a few pages
