Those photos are stunning. Now hurry up and finish both. I'm just impatient. Lol!

Kinda off-topic, but from the view of the new Warriors arena under construction in SF, you can see sometimes see the Salesforce Tower in the distance from the live cam:

And here on the still shots:

Indeed, I can't wait to put on my desktop that classic night picture of SF from the Bay Bridge now with the new buildings but I'm just waiting for the cranes to be removed first

Love those night shots especially from the bridge. Dare i say the best city skyline in California and the West without a doubt!
While the skyline is uniquely San Francisco, the view from Bay Bridge kinda reminds me of New York / Hong Kong.

Don't compare it to NYC or HK or even Chicago. Those cities are on another level. I think it is the 4th best in North America behind NYC, Chicago, and Toronto. I'll give a very slight edge to SF over Miami due to these 2 buildings going up.

Sorry just an opinion. I wasn't making a direct comparison and San Francisco is one of the most visited cities in the world and is a major financial centre, but all i really said was that the shot from the Bay Bridge reminds me of those cities. Anyhow, i've been to New York and love it but i love San Francisco even more - and even more than my closest city, London

Ok, I got what you are saying. I live in the SF Bay Area and love the skyline more and more with those 2 buildings going up. Just wish there were more than 1 building that is over 1k feet tall though.

Well sometimes height isn't everything although i guess San Francisco's position as a major financial city in that part of the world means it could eventually see higher buildings, but then being in its position with threats of earthquakes etc can't be easy to build too high, or maybe it can with the technology they have these days?
Likewise, London is one of the world's leading centres but only recently got its first 1,000-footer, but that's another story altogether

I forgot to ask also for anyone who knows alot about this development whether it will have a public viewing gallery at the top?
I am sure i read somehwere that i won't which is such a wasted opportunity for what will become an iconic supertall for the city. I can just imagine the stunning views over the Bay Area from up there and i would pay good money for the experience

Nope, it won't and it is a mistake. I hate that there is no observation deck.

Beautiful image. And just another example of how perspective, angle and lighting alters one's appreciation of a landscape.

Until about 4 floors ago, everything was going really well with the cladding process. Now suddenly, they seem to have some real quality issues with the windows. Does anyone have some insight into what is happening?
