not at all its in the flight path but by the time the plane is coming it would be way too high to collide with the towers since the towers are only midrise not highrise

I was more concerned about the noise. Personally I love airplanes so I don't mind jets flying over me but other people probably wouldn't like that. I guess the airport will be handling more widebodies which are usually much quieter than a DC-9, MD80 or Boeing 737-200.

DONT GEUSS they will most likely have wide bodys since Qatar airways ordered 80 a350's but i am not shure if the a380's is quiet qatarairways ordered 5 while other airlines might come to doha airport with a380's
