The tops look much better with the maintained glass pattern to hide the concrete. But this sharp profile wouldn't pass the Feng Shui test.

There's obviously no big job left to do up there for the 2nd crane, at least from this side - so it might come down any day, I guess.

These are some pretty nice looking towers. Too bad the tallest block couldn't have some more creativity like the rest of the city. Until Pentominium or Damac Heights gets completed (preferably both) that area may just be the world's biggest eyesore...

There's a design limitation with residential towers ... but yeah, it could have been much better, but it is NOT an eyesore, not in a million years.

Although they look almost complete, they are far from done. I had the chance to visit the site with my uni for a study tour two months back and the internals are from done. From what I understand is that emirates and another property developer in the region have been squeezed by the last gfc, and the money trickling towards this project is being very limited. So don't get your hopes up for the hotel to open up on time ;D

How close are the towers to completion? They look more or less done except for the base of the spires.
