Here you go,

Details of the core re-configuration that actually caused the delays:

I'm trying to understand this correctly, they are re-configuring the forms in order to change the shape of the core as it progresses upwards from this elevation? I assume that was part of the plan (blueprints) or is this a new structural alteration to the design (did they modify the structural plan after starting construction?)

No, we are not talking about change of plans and it is normal for the progress to slow when the core is re-configured. The TRUMP tower in your city is the best example of it, having progress "stopped" for as long as one month.

I see, makes sense. They have made decent progress considering 2 ~400M being simultaneously built. It will be very interesting to see the cladding once it starts being applied on the towers since the renderings show such a vibrant reflective blue color... wonder how it will end up looking!

Only 10 floors have been added since January 31st which means 1 floor per ~1.4 month. This equals to ~9 years to top out! A few more extra years may take for completion. It seems 2020 is the completion date.

Yeah, and when Trump Tower in Chicago didn't move for 2 months while they did core reconfiguration at the setbacks, did you estimate that it would never be finished?

You can't see from those pics but the huge podium/parking area around and in between the towers is progressing very fast as well.

I cant give a fast construction rating for tose 2 towers at the moment
but from comparing with the other super tall around szr area, I think it will reach some time where 4 or 5 floores at least will be built in 1 month.
But I think this will be after 25-30 floors high!!
wild guess
