Theres many lights on the top and around the ball and also at the lower part of the rose rotana. Are these lights already ON at night or are they waiting for the completion??

I agree.

Why did they put the spire in that place, it doesn't harmonize with the shape of the tower, besides, why did they put in in the first place... just to add a few more meters to the official height??

Love the tower! I hope one they realize how much better the tower will look without the dorky spire and take it off.

Not really.

I don't know if you remember, but when the tower was first proposed, the reported height was 380 meters, but the top was slightly different and the spire was centrally positioned on top of the ball.

I like the spire altogh it would also look good without it. Look at Chelsea tower now that tower has a terrible spire.

Do you mean "look much better" as in currently, or "looked much better before", refering to the old on with the spire on top of the sphere?

nopes. Maybe tthe exterior, but the interior has a LONG way to go. not to mention the pool area, the greenery and grounds, cleaning, electrical testing and installation, furniture installation, piping, and general checks. id say some more months yet
