The tower starts off fairly wide on one side but narrow on the other so that there’s a good bit of breathing space between it and the torch / marina heights. At the bottom the best views are obviously towards the marina but at the top the best are probably looking at palm jumeirah so I wanted the tower to twist slightly so that at the top it faces the palm. Don’t know if I’ll do this though, will have to try it out. I still have to work out what to do with the public space. I don’t want just a patch of green but there should be stuff there that makes people want to use it. Still loads and loads of work to do but I like it . Any suggestions?  Quote:

Edit: You should add it to the SSP diagrams. They have a fantasy category, but Dubai doesn't have much. |

I think you should have a 7 star hotel and shopping / entertainment complex on the emaar plot. Something like the nakheel promenade hotel but have it hanging over the water maybe at the top.
