3 workers sighted
on friday october 10th, 3 actual
 workers were observed. first ones in over a month. maybe to get it ready for more workers? but what about long term finishing the project? or

...i e-mailed the In-House Sales Executive of the Tower Palace and this is her reply: Good day! Construction of Tower Palace Condominium was slow, but it never stopped. They are just revising the work schedules and waiting for the materials to arrive. I think by end of this month, work will be on normal speed. Technically it never stopped because they kept 3 workers at site. But the big question here is how they maintain their workers without again re-hiring when materials arrive. Good if they have other projects in Cebu wherein they can just take and transfer workers.

start? ..you mean, resume? ...i received a reply from the head of sales department...we should expect last week pa...but none from SSC-Cebu guys gave an update...anyway, taga Cebu ka ba? why not try to check out the site? hehehe!

i've seen the that there were already developments sa site.. morag naa na movement ang crane... am not just sure kung this is a concrete activities... ambot lang kaha kung mahuman ba jud kaha ni na project...
