Well they bore the pants off me. They ruin Holloway Circus Tower being there. But the height is impressive and the revamp really helped them. 6/10

I like 'em, but I think giving them 7/10 was a mistake, 6 outa 10 at the most.

But I'm glad they did them up, not knocking them down like Glasgow's Red Road tower. But then, I've never lived in a tower block, so what do I know?

Went to Birmingham today and drove past them. Even after the reclad they still look dirty and abit worn. The blue lights at the top are cool though.

Used to hate them, now I like them. They are a good contrast to HCT.

7/10 - They look like they're straight out of Moscow. At least they're tall and clean.

I think in 20 years they'll look iconic, bit too close for comfort right now (ie. still look like council tower blocks) - glad you kept them. 6/10

They have a certain charm to them in a simplistic way. I like them a lot, though I can't put my finger on why.

7/10

A decent example how to tart up council blocks. 5/10 for the architecture +1 for the height

IMO Birmingham has a problem with residential blocks from the 60s littering the city centre what with the sentinals and Stephenson Tower. Ignoring their position opposite HCT i'd give them 7/10

they are HUGE!!!

There really isn't that many! These and Stephenson Tower are the only one's you're ever likely to notice. There are 4 behind the Rep and they are hardly tall. At least they are not all falling apart and look like shit.

I dont get it. How do they ruin views of HCT??? They make it look better, helping to form a mini cluster. And why should we be protecting views of HCT anyway, it only looks good from the front. The back and sides are awful. 6/10 for sentinals, decent height, decent filler.
