I am agree with you and I think it's a big mistake to judge foreign motorways applying his own motroways standards.

I there any thread about Iranians bridges and tunnels please ?

CIA world factbook:

Quote:
paved: 125,908 km (includes 1,429 km of expressways)
Seems plausible. There are a few radiating motorways out of Tehran + a large Tehran freeway network, but not a nationwide motorway network.

There are currently following toll motorways in Iran -

Tehran-Qom-Kashan-Esfahan ~450 km
Tehran-Qazvin-Zanjan-Tabriz ~600 km
Tehran-Saveh ~115 km

+ motorways in and around Tehran and some more cities

Under construction are -

Qazvin-Rasht - some parts near Qazvin and Rustam Abad already opened
Tehran-Chalus

There maybe some more streches of newer motorways opened during last years.

And there are quite a lot of divided highways all over the country which are like motorways near bigger towns but on long desert streches don't have all the characteristics of motorways (u-turns etc).

Most of bigger cities have also some good divided expressways in and aroud urban areas.

You don't need to see any standards for knowing a true complete highway cannot have those entrances/exits.

Thanks all, so Iran have can have a network however Iran doesn't seem to be part of a regional organisation to improve and construct his network. With oil and gas, Iran can make an infrastructure plan.

No, a true complete MOTORWAY or FREEWAY cannot have those entrances/exits (by commonly accepted definitions of those terms). The term HIGHWAY is much more broad in definition.

Bakeri – Abshenasan Flyover Opens

Tehran deputy mayor for technical and developmental affairs announced that part of seven projects involving Bakeri Highway has been made operational, adding, “The crossing between Bakeri and Abshenasan highways has been opened and will help reduce motor traffic on Tehran – Karaj highway and around Ekbatan Township.”

SAMA quoted Ahmad Donyamali as saying in the inauguration ceremony of the crossing that metal structure of the flyover is remarkable in architectural terms and its lighting system is also new.

He noted that completing the highway ring was another goal of the project to reduce traffic on Sheikh Fazlollah, Hemmat, and Yadegar Emam highways.
“Concrete parts are auto-cleaning which are cleaning with sunlight and this property heads off corrosion and the need for repainting the flyover,” he said.

Iran still seems one of the better countries in the region concerning roads. Are there any plans or works on extending the motorway from Tabriz to the Turkish border?

LOL @ tag.

What is the narrow central roadway? I see it goes into a tunnel. Is it a busway, perhaps?

I like the bridge rails, too.

EDIT: NVM, I'm being dumb. This pic shows the roadway merging into southbound Bakeri Highway. Now I'm even more intrigued...

...because Google Maps isn't terribly informative: http://maps.google.com/maps?f=q&sour...01811&t=k&z=16
