Wow I like the white and gray so much better, they really bring out the windows.

yeah white and grey is not what i would have gone with, the previous scheme may have been too much color and this is well... white and grey

I'm fine with the grey and white. One suggestion would paint around the windows opposite of the wall they are on. So the windows along the white walls would have a grey border and do the same for the other color scheme. Would bring out the windows even more.

I would have painted the window frames and balcony railings metallic silver.
