Nova Oeiras | 1953-1971

Continuando saga dos velhos arquitectos hoje ponho aqui uma obra de Luís Cristino da Silva ), executada entre os anos de 1955 e 1971, já no final da sua carreira – Nova Oeiras – em parceria com Falcão e Cunha.

E' quase na fronteira com o concelho de Cascais ao pe da quinta do barao.
As torres sao muito feias mas as areas verdes, o urbanismo e as infraestruturas sao muito boas!

Esses commieblocks são a Quinta do Marquês! A zona de Nova Oeiras está realmente muito bem organizada! Deviam era ter feito essa torre do estudo de 1971!

Podiam ter construido os edificios com a mesma volumetria mas uma arquitectura mais simpatica nao!?

Sim, eles não são muito bonitos mas a compensar temos os jardins e a excelente organização do espaço (ruas, caminhos, edifícios)!

a arquitectura das torres é absolutamente banal...mas ao nível do urbanismo e principalmente dos espaços verdes é excelente. onde é que hoje em dia se faz uma urbanização assim?...

parece que em apenas 30 anos se desapendeu tudo sobre praticas urbanisticas e conforto das populações, agora só o que interessa é lucro, lucro, LUCRO!

há pelo menos uma preocupação maior a nivel ambiental e de ordenamento e veem-se tentativas de corrigir alguns erros do passado..
