i m very interested how it will look like. I m thinking about Solaris tower, let me be the pesimist one especialy that is designed by local architecture group, they have no experience........ It will have a hudge impact of the city.......f.......

Solaris is in Faleza Nord; this one is near Poarta 2.

One must wonder though, where on earth are they putting all these projects near Poarta 2, 3 and 4 as there's not much space there.

i was talking about the design of Solaris Plaza

between the street and shipyard there is space on that valley, like the building of Raiffeisen Bank. A unbuild space can seem little and 3000 sqm is not so much.
an example is the site of Trident Plaza near gate 3.

CONSTANTA SEA HOTEL

Following the above link you will discover that the hotel is already built, but it is not true. They had some problems at one moment (I don`t know exactly what problem) and they stopped the construction ! The project situated in the tourist port Tomis and has some interesting ingredients: 5 stars, 10 floors, helicopter (it is not the first hotel project in Constanta having an helicopeter; see the project of Solaris Tower, 23 floors ) etc...

You have really interestin projects in Romania but as a Bulgarian I will give you one advice.Don't build so much.We did this mistake and now the hole coast is built up.There are just several places where there are still no hotels and resorts on the bulgarian black sea coast and soon there will be no left places.Protect your environment or come to Bulgfaria and see what will hapen to your coast.Tons of concrete and resorts which are like big cities.Do you want that?

It seems that we have some plans to transform the old area of PORT OF CONSTANTA in a new business & tourist area. The idea is very good if they will attract foreign investors with a big financial power in order to realize big, real & modern projects in that area (an `Esplanada II` it is possible and some peoples from Trigranit said in some interviews that they are planning a big project in Constanta ! This is the best opportunity !!! With 1-2bln Euro investment in that area, Constanta will be a reference point on the map of Europe !

Orăşelul lacustru din Mamaia, proiectat să concentreze viaţa de noapte a staţiuniiCristian MARIN (cristian.marin@telegrafonline.ro)


Primarul Constanţei, Radu Mazăre, a prezentat sîmbătă, în premieră, în emisiunea „3x3”, difuzată de postul de televiziune Realitatea, proiectul realizat de Primărie pentru construirea orăşelului lacustru pe care autoritatea locală intenţionează să-l amenajeze pe lacul Siutghiol, în staţiunea Mamaia. Investiţia, în valoare de aprox 10 milioane de euro, poate fi realizată de municipalitate din surse proprii şi apoi infrastructura poate fi vîndută oamenilor de afaceri interesaţi. Aceasta este una dintre variantele de realizare propuse de primarul Constanţei. Cea de-a doua variantă prevede construirea orăşelului în baza planurilor realizate de către autoritatea locală, direct de către investitorii care doresc să aibă afaceri în orăşelul lacustru. Ideea construirii acestui orăşel a fost lansată de primar pe fondul interdicţiilor pe care guvernanţii le-au introdus în ultimii doi ani în ce priveşte poluarea fonică pe timp de noapte în interiorul staţiunilor turistice. Amintim că discotecile, terasele şi barurile din staţiunile turistice sînt obligate să oprească muzica după ora 1.00. Staţiunea Mamaia însă, fiind frecventată de tineret şi de persoane care vin la mare ca să se distreze, are nevoie de serviciile discotecilor şi teraselor şi pe timp de noapte. Astfel, primarul Mazăre a lansat ideea construirii acestui orăşel lacustru în apropierea staţiunii, care să ofere toate aceste servicii turiştilor fără să deranjeze. Proiectul primarului a fost însuşit de Consiliul Local Constanţa, care a prins această investiţie în bugetul local 2007.

Conform proiectului prezentat de primar, orăşelul, sub forma unei frunze de arţar, va avea o suprafaţă totală construită de 43.434 metri pătraţi (mp), iar cea totală a platformelor va fi de aproape 47.000 mp (suprafaţa lacului este de 100 ha). În mijlocul orăşelului este prevăzut un centru comercial şi de alimentaţie publică, proiectat pe două nivele, pe o suprafaţă de 3.400 mp. Centrul va fi încercuit de opt grupuri de restaurante, baruri, terase. Clădirile care vor găzdui restaurantele şi barurile vor ocupa 11.000 mp, în timp ce terasele vor fi amenajate pe 17.000 mp. Pe insuliţa de pe lac vor funcţiona şi trei discoteci, una dintre ele prevăzută cu ecran de cinema, care vor ocupa în total 2.900 mp. Mai mult, pe partea vestică a orăşelului a fost proiectat un mini-port de agrement care poate găzdui zeci de ambarcaţiuni de mică dimensiune. În partea de nord-est sînt prevăzute în proiect şi instalaţiile pentru amenajarea teleschiului nautic. Conform declaraţiilor primarului Mazăre, accesul în orăşel se va putea realiza atît cu vaporaşul, cît şi pe o pasarelă pietonală care va face legătura între staţiune şi insuliţă. Orăşelul va fi amenajat la o distanţă de aprox. 500 de metri de malul lacului, iar cluburile, barurile, discotecile, restaurantele, terasele sînt proiectate cu spatele la staţiune. Orăşelul lacustru, o salbă de insuliţe construite pe piloni, legate între ele prin pasarele, seamănă cu insula artificială din Dubai.

Deşi vine să aducă un plus de atractivitate turistică staţiunii Mamaia, proiectul orăşelului lacustru pe piloni este pus în pericol de... contramăsurile ministresei Mediului, Sulfina Barbu. „La o lună după ce am anunţat public acest proiect, lacul Siutghiol a fost declarat, pe lîngă Deltă şi alte zone, o arie strict protejată pentru cuibăritul păsărilor. Nu se mai poate face nimic cu lacul. O să stăm, noi, românii, şi o să ne uităm în Mamaia, pe malul lacului, cum cuibăresc păsările, fără să putem face investiţii”, a declarat primarul în emisiunea de la Realitatea.
