How about the toll rate in the Philippines ? My dad went to Manila recently said toll rate for 70-km stretch there is above 100 pesos. ( dunno if its true )

One can't help but notice a strong US influence in Philippines. For some reason, I thought they used 24-hour system in Philippines.
