Awesome design... beiruts skyline is goin to look brilliant.... shame to see the air balloon relocate .. loll. Does anyone know when construction will commence ??? i tried searching the site but couldnt find much about this project at all... I wish they kept the original name.. sounds alot better

It seems to be nice.

As for the construction, it started 3 to 4 months ago but still nothing is significant from outside. They are working on the foundation.

Thanks Lirtain for the renders...they look much better, but the tower seems taller in the original render.

I also agree the previous name would have been better.

The balloon has been relocated for many months now already. The view is much better from its new location.

oh ja the second reader looks mutch better. in my opinion this tower looks too bad for this location.

not that bad, it will blend with the Platinum Tower cuz it has the same shape and is almost an all glass tower

It seems Solidere is reviewing the design of this tower. (My reference: Solidere Q4, 2006 report)

it looks almost identical to this building by oceanside, daytona.
the middle part's the best part (LIBANO!!!)

So are we considering this 2 towers (twins)? Or is this one building due to the large connection in the middle?
